*Lifetime Windscreen Warranty Conditions (General Conditions)

The Lifetime Guarantee does not extend to cover any damage arising from stone chip impact, misuse, owner negligence, environmentally induced deterioration, existing manufacturers vehicle faults or temporary repair. Drive away/cure times must be observed.

The lifetime warranty is not transferable if the vehicle is sold.

Where air bags are fitted, drive away times advised by technician must be observed.

IMPORTANT! All warranty work will only be carried out on presentation of the original invoice.

If a customer requests that an old rubber seal or molding/trim be reused against the recommendation of the technician, warranty will be voided.

Any existing rust behind the windscreen will result in the lifetime warranty being void.
Service 8 Protection Plan Cover (General Conditions)
Free Rust Prevention: Windscreens are removed using sharp tools. These tools can scratch the car body behind the windscreen. Although this damage cannot be seen, if left untreated it can result in corrosion later. Service 8 ™ treats all car body's with rust prevention primers. (most companies do not treat, saving cost and time)
Mirrors/Etoll/Phone Antennas: Service 8 ™ ™ will re-attach windscreen mounted mirrors, Etoll Tags and mobile phone antennas free of charge were applicable.
